Requesting these changes, since we actually don't forbid GPL2-based licenses as Eric thought from the start (he requested to remove this ONLY in case we actually forbid them) and our decision regarding GPL3 ones still might be changed I believe.

Per Eric Kohl's request, remove his interview from the 30 years of ReactOS blogpost as soon as possible.
